In this position, you’ll be helping communities, companies and client group pursue health and wellness by creating and equipping fitness facilities of all types. This role will involve your unique ability to guide, consult, and recommend the best fitness equipment and the most compelling fitness experiences to meet your client’s specific needs. Working within COVID-concerned environments, health and wellness are top priorities and creating safe, well-equipped spaces to pursue and support fitness is a timely, vital mission. Advanced Exercise is a leading fitness equipment distributor and facility designer. Founded in 1986, we have more than 30 years of experience designing and equipping fitness facilities nationwide. Successful sales representatives at Advanced Exercise work with provided leads as well as generating their own, pursuing and closing six-figure sales opportunities and adding dozens of new clients to the roster on a regular basis.
Our developed leadership in the fitness industry allows us to provide our select, local representatives, with the ability to design and equip top organizations with the best fitness, wellness and recreation equipment brands available.
As an Advanced Exercise consultant, you will identify, recommend, and guide new clients on how to maximize the use of available space with fitness equipment in their new or existing facility. You will custom design and source the best equipment solutions for the needs of your clients. Most of your clients will come from a diverse range of organizations which provide fitness amenities, and the equipment you recommend will inspire, motivate and excite their users.
Your Role
As an Advanced Exercise consultant, you’ll be given an exclusive territory and provided with training on a wide range of fitness products, systems, and processes. If you are customer-focused, results-driven, organized and (most importantly) connected, the tools we provide are all you need to generate a generous commission-based income. Sales professionals with a background in commercial real estate or facility management are particularly ideal for this opportunity, understanding the needs of multi-tenant office or living environments is key.
You will receive exceptional support, substantial marketing assistance, marketplace leads and numerous other sales and development tools to build your strong book of regional clients. Your entrepreneurial spirit for success should enable you to meet and exceed monthly sales goals, and if you have an affinity for fitness and wellness, you’ll fit right in. You will enjoy the independence and opportunity to work from home as an authorized, Advanced Exercise 1099 independent contractor and brand distributor.
Your Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with fitness-inclusive communities, facilities, corporate and office environments, municipalities, etc. in your market and surrounding areas.
- Utilize the tools and processes provided by Advanced Exercise to create, propose, support and install fitness facilities in any and all spaces, working with a wide variety of budget and project types.
- Create lead-generation activities and generate referrals – maintaining appropriate customer and territory records using Salesforce and other tools provided by Advanced Exercise.
- Manage and grow the territory as an independent business with goals, plans, and a methodical process to ensure future success.
- Be actively involved (or willing to be) in local business development organizations, events, and activities that include prospects and potential clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $50,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
