Manufacturing Sales Representative or Sales Engineer

Lusida Rubber Products, Inc. is a manufacturer of custom rubber, plastic, metal components and assemblies with many ongoing projects in many industries.

We are particularly looking for candidates who have 10 plus years of experience selling manufactured product lines (components or assemblies), business to business, in the automotive, heavy truck, construction, manufacturing, equipment, agricultural or other industrial sectors.

Duties

· Identify prospective customers using your experience and research, using business directories, following leads from existing clients, etc.

· Collaborate with our marketing team developing markets.

· Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and our capabilities.

· Negotiate prices and sales agreements in coordination with our sales support team.

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

· Develop and manage your own sales team within our sales department.

Experience

· Efficient with Excel, Word and Outlook

· 10 plus years of experience in business to business industrial or manufacturing sales as described above.

Pay

· Starts at $60,000 plus commissions per year

Location

· Our office is located in Rosemead, California

· This is not a remote position.
