The Sales Development Representative is crucial in supporting the sales team by assisting with various sales-related tasks. This position primarily provides administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth sales operations and efficient customer service. The Sales Development Representative works closely with the sales team to maximize sales opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the sales department. Standouts in this position will be given the opportunity to move up to Sales Manager position.

Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
· Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a B2B environment.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
· Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales-related tools.
· Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
· Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
· Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 per year
