We're seeking a dedicated Listing Partner to join our tech-driven and collaboration-focused real estate tandem!

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We'll empower you to:

• Grow Your Business: Our top agents achieve remarkable results, closing 6-12 homes per month within just six months. With our proven strategies and support, you can earn an impressive $250K-$500K annually.

• Optimize Your Time: We have dedicated listing, closing, and marketing departments to seamlessly handle and promote your listings. Focus on what you do best while we take care of the rest.

• Market More Effectively: Stand out from the competition with our cutting-edge advertising techniques and proprietary algorithms. We'll showcase your listings and brand to captivate potential buyers and sellers, maximizing your marketing efforts.

• Learn From Experts: Stay ahead in the industry with over 50 hours of live training each week. Our comprehensive training programs cater to all experience levels, ensuring continuous growth.

• Have Abundant Appointments and Leads: Experience a predictable and abundant flow of appointments. We're flooded with live buyer and seller connection calls in the thriving Triangle area. Work with 5-10 new clients each month.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
