Full description of the position

Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for fielding incoming sales calls from current customers and potential customers, answering customer questions related to the product, price, and availability. The Inside Sales Representative will ensure that all orders are entered and processed correctly.

They will be required to work with our key account representatives to acquire new accounts to grow our existing business as well as service existing business.

Interested candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule and overtime hours as required by business operations.

The goal of the Inside Sales Representative should be to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have proven success in telephone sales and delivering excellent customer service.

This will be an hourly position with commission bonuses.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of proven success in telephone sales
  • An eager to learn, eager to succeed attitude
  • Schedule Flexibility
  • 1 year of customer service
  • Experience working with foodservice customers including restaurants and chefs.
  • Bi-lingual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
