Accurate Personnel is currently looking for a bright, motivated sales professional for our staffing office in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This candidate will be responsible for direct sales of temporary and permanent placement to small to large-sized companies; developing new business through cold calling, phone prospecting, and face-to-face presentations; obtaining new clients through prospecting, and client management. As a member of the Accurate Personnel family, you will have all that is needed to grow and become as successful as you can be!

Business Development Specialist Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $55,000 to $70,000/annual, with monthly commission
• (Salary range based on experience)
• Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)
• Monday through Friday, with some flexibility
• Located in Fort Lauderdale, FL

Business Development Specialist Duties and Responsibilities

• Cooperates and engages with operations staff to ensure highest service levels
• Sell safe, reliable new business and strategizes around competition in the area
• Proven ability to generate new business consistently
• Skills necessary to negotiate pricing structures and agreements with potential clients
• Established skills in developing sales strategies, conducting cold calls, and performing presentations
• Ability to schedule appointments with staffing buyers in small to fortune 500 organizations

Business Development Specialist Requirements and Qualifications

• Ability to schedule appointments with staffing buyers in small to fortune 500 organizations
• Proven ability to generate new business consistently
• Skills necessary to negotiate pricing structures and agreements with potential clients
• An aptitude to develop a client base to meet and exceed sales quotas
• Established skills in developing sales strategies, conducting cold calls, and performing sales presentations
• An aptitude for meeting business development goals in a highly competitive environment
• Willingness to attend networking functions
• B2B staffing experience a plus
