[please apply online] Commercial Office Moving and Logistics Sales Rep is given company generated leads based on territory and is responsible for self-generating new business using a variety of methods. The selected candidate will be expected to develop sales strategies and tactics to actively drive revenue. The position will require 40 to 50 hours a week, some evenings and weekends, and some local travel as necessary. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.

Job duties include the following:

• Develop relationships and partner with sales prospects to increase profitable sales with new commercial customers through dedicated daily prospecting activities.
• Identify prospects based on service line, including Hospitality, Warehousing and Distribution, Healthcare, Retail Fixtures, Telecommunications, Financial, Industrial Equipment, Museum & Fine Art, etc.
• Develop presentations to showcase our commercial relocation and logistics services.
• Secure new business by self-generated leads through membership in business organization meetings and networking events.
• Track communication & maintain follow-through procedures with active prospects.
• Establish sales goals within first 3 months.
• Grow sales, retained revenue, and margins to meet or exceed assigned sales goals.

Qualifications:

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Exemplary customer service skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and understand their buying motives.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Multi-tasker enjoys communicating and building customer relationships.
• Enjoys interaction with people and inspires them to a positive buying decision.

Experience and education required:

• High School diploma required. Bachelor's Degree in Business-related field preferred.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Prior experience with CRM programs and advanced Microsoft applications including Microsoft Project.
• Experience with systems furniture layout, architectural diagrams, and designs.
• Experience with the management of the planning, execution and budgeting for projects.
• Knowledge and experience with international logistics, working with Fortune 500 companies and facilities management is a plus.
• CAD experience strongly preferred.
• Preference given for those working in the position of project manager or have PMI Certification or training.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
