Sales Representative

Overview

The Sales Representative’s main responsibility is to nurture and grow our business with assigned key accounts by developing lasting relationships with key stakeholders. The responsibilities include working closely with internal teams and customer to identify new business opportunities, manage current business, resolve issues, and manage escalations appropriately and timely to ensure there is no adverse effect to the relationship.

Responsibilities

· Manage existing business, evaluate growth opportunities, and build solid relationships.

· Maintain sales dashboard file up to date (sales metrics).

· Work with internal teams to appropriately and timely manage all escalations.

· Stay current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.

· Focus on and contribute to the achievement of account, department, and corporate goals and KPIs.

· Remain knowledgeable of our contract manufacturing capabilities, capacities, and quality protocols.

· Properly and timely submit all customer RFQs and work with pricing team to ensure timely quoting.

· Take the lead with the appropriate internal teams to ensure we provide proper customer service, on-time delivery, and new product launches are on track.

· Travel to meet account(s) in person regularly, some tradeshow travel may be required.

· Participate in account site visits, audits, and innovation workshops on-site.

· Complete other duties as directed by Management.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in business related field preferred

· Previous experience in sales a must

· Ability to create change and solve problems.

· Self-motivated with a focus on getting results and delivering best in class customer service.

· Skilled with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

· Ability to work with various departments, be a team player.

· Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.

· Experience either in the Dietary Supplement or Food industry.

Pay: From $64,48.00 per year plus commissions
