Full description of the position
OVERVIEW:
We are expanding the team and looking for an individual to focus on our lead generation strategy for our central laboratory testing and consulting services within Pace® Life Sciences. They will be responsible for promoting and selling our services, leveraging lead generation tools, handling in-bound lead qualification, and building the revenue pipeline.

We are expanding the team and looking for an individual to focus on our lead generation strategy for our central laboratory testing and consulting services within Pace® Life Sciences. They will be responsible for promoting and selling our services, leveraging lead generation tools, handling in-bound lead qualification, and building the revenue pipeline.

What you’ll do
- Plan and execute outreach campaigns to meet revenue goals with collaboration from the Marketing department – including email marketing, social media posts, blog posts, etc.
- Analyze and translate data into insights to help build strategic sales initiative plans and assess the impact of marketing campaigns
- Prospecting - support lead generation through researching prospective companies – identifying, contacting, and qualifying leads within accounts
- Improve market segmentation and data tracking within the CRM (Salesforce)
- Documents all sales and lead generation activity within CRM (Salesforce) or marketing automation system (Hubspot)
- Represent Pace to prospective clients including digital communications, in-person or virtual meetings, trade shows, networking events, etc.
- Promote teamwork within business line and within Pace, and be viewed as a team player
- Act as life science solution subject matter expert internally and externally supporting the success of Pace® Life Sciences
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, business, or other related sciences
- 3+ years of experience in an inside sales, business development, market analyst or lead generation role
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals and objectives
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Knowledge of Salesforce, preferred
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to plan, organize, and prioritize work with little or no supervision
