Position Summary
As the Sales Development Representative, you hold the crucial role of initiating the sales process by being the first point of contact for potential clients. Your responsibilities encompass responding to inbound lead inquiries and meticulously assessing prospective customers' suitability. Utilizing a consultative approach, you will engage with potential clients to both qualify and educate them about the Dvele product and its processes.
Your success in this role will be gauged by the number of qualified leads you hand off to the sales representative or sales director. Given your pivotal position as the initial touchpoint with customers, it is imperative for you to serve as a brand ambassador, exemplify exceptional communication skills, and demonstrate a genuine interest in the home build and design space.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain and master the client database (Hubspot CRM) for sales and marketing purposes
Master knowledge of pricing, process, and product features/details.
Identify, qualify, acquire and grow relationships with prospective clients.
Turn prospects into qualified leads by educating prospective clients.
Set appointments of qualified prospects for the Sales Executive
Work closely with the Sales Executive and PM team to vet sales opportunities, identify sales targets, and strategize sales priorities and growth
Facility site visits and feasibility assessments
Occasional travel to attend open house events of facility tours
Collaboration with PM and Design team to facilitate the feasibility process
Collaborate with finance partners to facilitate financing process
Ability to create sales templates and other needed collateral
Promptly respond to customer inquiries, emails, and all phone calls within 24 hrs
Communicate regularly with active customers as they move through the process, providing tours as needed
Grow and maintain partnerships with builders, lenders, realtors, and other key industry professionals

Education & Certifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
Qualifications:
Familiarity with Hubspot Preferred
2+ years of experience in sales role
Experience within the home build or home design industry preferred
Excellent communication, organizational skills, and data recording skills
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
Capacity to manage various projects and maintain organization
Innate interest in the future of home building, responsible environmental practices, home-design space.
