Established casino travel agency in Jupiter is looking for a passionate, sales driven professional who knows how to build strong relationships by exceptional customer service and follow up. Candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow up and client management skills, be detail-oriented and tech savvy.

Kenneth Froom Tours, Inc. is a professional casino travel agency dedicated to creating and maintaining comprehensive casino trips for VIP clients. We utilize a combination of time-tested techniques and modern methods to provide lavish complimentary casino trips and cruises that cater to the specific needs of gamblers at all levels.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Book casino travel for our clients
• Cold call potential new clients
• Follow up calls
• Answer phones
• Data entry

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Highly motivated and hungry for success
• Professional attitude in customer service and the workplace
• Positive attitude with a team mentality
• Can multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum of 1 year’s Sales/Customer Service experience

Hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break, and occasional Saturdays in place of a weekday. Annual salary is $50,000 plus commissions on certain bookings, and health insurance. Job applicants may be drug screened as part of the employment hiring process. This is a non-smoking environment.
