MWI Pumps is an engineering and manufacturing company. We engineer, manufacture, service, rent and sell water pumps. We’re seeking an aggressive, success driven individual that is self- motivated, quota driven and has a strong work ethic.

Job Description: Territory rental and sales of MWI Pumps and products lines.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Rental and sales of pumps to new and existing customers, in a designated territory. Managing and developing the existing accounts and clients
• Meeting and exceeded required sales quota
• Developing long-term client relationships
• Job site analysis
• Communication and coordination with all coworkers
• Development and establishment of professional technical knowledge of MWI products and services

The ideal candidate will:

• Have sales experience in the rental/service industry, construction industry, industrial equipment sales, pumps or irrigation.
• Have a proven track record of successful outside sales
• Have an enthusiastic attitude, excellent initiative, and a strong work ethic
• Be an effective communicator with clients/customers, management & co-workers
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be computer literate, especially proficient with Microsoft Office applications, experience with sales force is a plus but not require.
• Work effectively in a team environment while independent and autonomous
• Posses the ability to work under pressure in a fast-pace environment
• Have the capacity to be detailed and be able to multi-task in order to meet deadlines.

This individual will need the ability to work with all persons involved to facilitate communication and problem resolution to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction. Complete professional and personal references will be required. EOE/DFWP/AAE.
