Full description of the position

  • Landis and Associates Inc/ Allstate Insurance Agency

We are looking for a go-getter, driven and hungry insurance sales and new account representative to join our team. This is primarily a Monday to Friday normal business hour position in a local, established Allstate Agency.

We have dedicated customer service representatives so you can focus on driving growth and building relationships.

We'll provide the marketing support, leads and training to close sales!

  • Requirements for you to be successful: Insurance Licensed, reliable, honest and outgoing with the desire to drive your income. Driven- pick up the phone and reach out for the sale.
  • Previous customer-facing work experience is a must and previous sales experience is preferred. Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and bonus can make this a six figure position with experience!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
