We are currently looking to add experienced HVAC Sales/ Service Techs to our growing team!

We are offering a $1,200 Sign-On Bonus Paid out Monthly!!

Hoffman Electrical & A/C is one of Tampa’s most trusted HVAC and electrical companies. Family-owned and operated since 1989, our team provides residential and commercial electrical and residential HVAC services in Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Sarasota counties. Our superior service, high-quality craftsmanship, and professionally licensed contractors are a staple of our family business. We realize that the only way to have happy customers is to have a happy team of people serving them! We do everything imaginable to support our people, lift them up to make them better, and ensure that they are successful.

Commission Pay that starts at $35.00 per hour and absolute top commission depending how much you generate.

Minimum Qualifications:

- 3 years sales experience with proven success in HVAC industry

- EPA certified (Type 2 and Core)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Must have all your own tools

- Must be tech savvy and possess the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.

- Must be good in diagnostics, zoning, and mini splits.

- Must have knowledge of 20 SEER units, Eco-Smart thermostats, and 2 cool 3 heat phase systems.

- The ability to pass:

o Criminal Background Check

o Motor Vehicle Record Check

o Drug Screen
