We are seeking an entrepreneurial and experienced individual to take on the role of Insurance Agent through our Protege program. As the agent, you will be responsible for the overall success of the agency, including driving sales, managing the team, and ensuring excellent customer service. During the protege timeframe, you will be working with our top agencies to learn the best practices to lead to success once you take the next step.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
• Be involved into the community.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, etc.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
• Use lead management systems
• Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases.
• Uphold the wants and needs of your customers

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.
