Sales Support Coordinator paying up to $60K for a stable and growing company in the Delray Beach area. The Sales Support Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Sales team and management.

This is an IN-OFFICE and DIRECT HIRE position and is available IMMEDIATELY!!!

The hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm with the flexibility to work overtime as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare contracts, proposals, presentations, etc.
• Create, maintain and update various sales reports for management
• Schedule meetings and conference calls and send out calendar invites to all participants
• Manage busy appointment calendars
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Gather all information needed for meetings (catering, materials, contracts, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1+ years assisting a sales team/department preferred
• Strong proficiency in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
• Flexible in a rapidly changing environment
• Attention to Detail - Attentive to all aspects of a task or work environment; alert; accurate
• Communication - Clear, understandable, and grammatically correct presentation of information
• Organization/Time Management – Plans and prioritizes work; manages time pressures; deals with pressure through good planning
• A good listener with a positive can-do attitude
• Excellent organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
