Full description of the position

We are looking for an energetic inside Salesperson to join our team to help grow our expanding company. This position will help initiate sales, grow market share, and work with contractors and purchasing agents in procuring material for jobs. We are second to none in regards to technology and confidence with computers will be very helpful, but we can teach most things.

HVAC Experience is a plus but we have had success converting bartenders, waitresses, warehouse associates, artists, IT, and others into our industry with great success. A positive attitude is the most important thing.

Requirements:

• Ability to be professional and courteous in person and on the phone.
• Ability to be empathetic and look at things from other peoples perspective.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once. If you are unable to do more than one thing at a time, do not keep reading.
• Comfort working with computers, not Instagram/Facebook/Twitter, but Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, etc. Ability to type.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
