JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Product Information Center (PIC) Agent

Reports To: PIC Manager

Position Classification: Non-Exempt, Full-Time

Position Summary:

The Product Information Center agent is a member of the Product Information Center team responsible for sales and servicing of our credit union partners. This is a position defined by the ability to effectively provide value based solutions to member and credit union needs as they relate to the sale of our automobile Vehicle Service Agreement.

This is a highly compensated position where a prospective buyer is placed on the phone with you by a loan officer to hear a short presentation. The average sales rate is well over 40%. Responsibilities include: answering inbound calls, efficient management of pipeline, use of effective sales strategies, achievement of minimum sales goals on a monthly basis, team work, timely follow up and assisting credit unions in their sales efforts. Hours: 10:00AM - 7:00PM

Core Responsibilities:

· Answer incoming calls

· Service credit union partners by providing sales support in their effort to sell IWS Vehicle Service Agreements

· Sell VSAs for select credit union partners through our direct connect platform

· Make outbound sales calls managing pipeline for maximum efficiency

· Establish and deepen relationships with credit unions assigned to call center for servicing

· Work with other departments in an effort to provide exceptional sales and service support

· Ability to manage taking and making up to 50 calls per day

· Other duties as assigned

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment

· Previous automotive warranty sales background preferred

· Knowledge of automobile repairs preferred

· Strong organizational skills

· Strong consultative sales background

· Previous phone sales background

· Administrative experience and knowledge relevant to credit union industry

· Experience in call center

Education and Qualifications:

· High School Diploma

· Bilingual Spanish/English preferred

Special Requirements:

· This position works from a professional office environment

· This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines

· Ability to work on a laptop or personal computer as well as talk on the phone for extended periods of time is required

· Employee is regularly required to talk or hear

· The employee frequently is required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, handle, feel and reach with hands and arms

· Ability to work full-time hours, generally a minimum of 40 hours per week, for this position

· Ability to lift up to 10 pounds

· Ability to work extended and/or flexible hours

· Ability to work extended and/or flexible hours and Saturdays as required
