Woops! Macarons & Gifts is searching for a well-rounded Retail Sales Associate to help us deliver the best possible service to each and every one of our customers. The Retail Sales Associate have a direct, immediate impact on the success of Woops! through customer interactions, process ideation and improvement, and various special projects. In this role, you'll get to show folks firsthand what Woops! is all about while making macarons-as-a-gift shopping a goosebump-inducing experience. Sound cool? Read on!

In 2012, at the heart of New York City, four friends rented a macaron pop-up shop at the Winter Village in Bryant Park. In those 9 weeks, we couldn’t keep up with the lines out the door! And before we knew it… Woops! we had a business.
Ever since then we’ve witnessed the power that a box of French macarons can have in making anyone feel joyful and cared for, and how our sweets could help spread love and light up someone’s day. All these beautiful reactions are what matter most to us, and the opportunity to make people feel happy and valued is what makes us thrive & keep going.

Pay: $17 - $20 / hour
