This highly-performing individual knows that behind the scenes of every great sales and catering team is a natural multi-tasker ensuring all the I's are dotted and T's crossed. This team member is instrumental in organizing the sales and marketing team by coordinating schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant event information to the operations team to create a memorable experience. This individual acts decisively and seeks feedback but also has strong interpersonal and customer service skills. A true representation of the 'glue that binds' a team together.
