Tri-State Trailer Sales is seeking an Outside Semi-Trailer Salesperson to service the Northern Cincinnati & Dayton, OH regions. We are a full-service semi-trailer dealership representing 11 different manufacturers and have been in business for 37 years; and a leader in the transportation industry.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Sell and promote full product line of new semi-trailers

· Sell used semi-trailers

· Prospect for new business

· Maintain and develop existing territory

· Appraise and purchase equipment

Qualifications and Skills

• Truck, Trailer & Transportation Industry parts a plus!
• Outside B2B Sales and Cold Calling Experience (2 years)
• Enjoy being on the road visiting customers and prospects.
• Have a professional appearance and strong verbal and written communication/negotiation/closing skills
• Be self-motivated, organized and have good time-management skills.
• Have good customer service skills and the ability to build rapport.
• Have knowledge of computers, including Outlook, Excel & Word
• Candidate must have current valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Prior sales experience is beneficial.
• Experience with Commercial Trucks &Trailers or working within the Transportation Industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
