Your Mission

• Direct and facilitate sales conversations across multiple channels.
• Visit homeowners to negotiate terms, prices, and contracts, striving for a win-win outcome.
• Overcome objections and roadblocks, providing solutions and reassurance.
• Close sales: Use persuasive tactics and sales strategies to secure deals and consistently exceed sales targets.
• Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions to refine skills and deepen product knowledge.
• Continuously develop and stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to provide invaluable insights to clients.

Our Offer:

Wages: Competitive base salary of $36,000 per year

Other Compensation:

• An aggressive commission structure. Our first year reps average $100,000 a year in earnings and our seasoned reps average $300,000 a year in earnings.

Working Hours

• This is a full-time role from Monday – Friday with shifts beginning at 9am or 11:30am.
• Occasional coverage beyond standard work hours or on weekends may be required based on customer needs.

Location

• Our office is based in Vancouver, WA. This role requires your presence on-site, so you'll need to be within driving distance of our office.
