Bilingual Florida Sales Representative (English/Spanish)
Job Description
Florida refrigerant sales and account management professional who can evaluate existing partnerships and sales efforts for current and future profitable business, identify, develop, research, and recommend new profitable business opportunities while managing vertical markets, track market trends, and works with the leadership to develop short-term and long-term strategies.
Career Responsibilities
Qualified individuals will be responsible for selling products and services to prospective customers and maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future results.
· Perform cost-benefits and needs analysis of existing/potential customers.
· Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
· Maintain call list to maximize assigned territories.
· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes

· Ability to at least travel to respective territories two or three times per month
Minimum Qualifications:
Location: HQ, Tampa, FL - Position requires 50% travel throughout Florida.
· **Must have Experience in Whole selling Building Materials or HVAC Materials/ Components**
· Bachelor’s degree (no specific major required)
· 3+ years of sales in a HVACR, mechanical, or technical background preferred
· Available to work full-time, M-F, 8AM – 5PM
· Availability and willingness to travel as needed (50% of the time throughout the state of
Florida)
· Sales experience or familiarity with the sales process is preferred
· Fluent Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, etc.)
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Detail-oriented, interpersonal, patient, consistent, and positive with a sales service persona
