Nerdio is experiencing exponential growth and we are looking to expand our U.S. presence with a new Sales Development Representative (SDR) located in South Florida near Boca Raton. How would you like to join a fast paced, market disrupting, tech start-up global sales team?

The perfect person will be fun and dynamic. We’d love for them to have VDI experience, SaaS experience, or a proven track record of tech sales. They should love new ways of working and be open to learning new things. We don’t need sticklers for ‘how they’ve always done it’. We are constantly innovating and improving how we sell and support our solution to the market. We want someone to contribute to that.
What we need more than anything is a willingness to work with the team, be flexible, get stuck in and deliver to a high standard.

As an SDR, you will work with your Regional Sales Manager to partner and align with Microsoft’s sales teams, Channel partners, and direct customers to uncover AVD opportunities where Nerdio can plug in and help companies deploy, manage, optimize, and secure a AVD or Windows365 environment. We need relationship builders with a strong understanding of VDI and EUC technologies to continue to grow our most prized partnership with Microsoft and its sales teams. You must be highly motivated and take an entrepreneurial approach to growing the relationship and revenue in addition to being a team player.

You’ll be juggling lots of opportunities at the same time – so being organized and having a positive outlook is key – and don’t be afraid to ask those stupid questions, working together is how we roll here!

Essential Functions:
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to identify AVD opportunities and align with Microsoft's sales teams, channel partners, and direct customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft and its sales teams to grow the partnership and revenue.
- Use a partnership selling approach to uncover, qualify, and close AVD opportunities.
- Effectively communicate Nerdio's value proposition, capabilities, and benefits to potential customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets.
- Juggle multiple opportunities simultaneously, maintaining organization and a positive outlook.
- Coordinate with other departments within the organization to ensure customer needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.
- Demonstrate integrity and follow through on commitments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.

- Solid understanding of VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) and EUC (End-User Computing) technologies.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Travel:
No travel is expected for this position.
Required Experience:
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar sales role, preferably in the technology industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and processes, including lead generation, prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with potential customers and effectively convey the value proposition of the company's products or services.
- Ability to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Experience with CRM software and other sales tools for managing and tracking customer interactions.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in selling cloud computing, IT services, or software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and other cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry and understanding of their needs and pain points.
- Experience in conducting product demonstrations or presentations to potential customers.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
