Job Description
We are looking for a confident, motivated candidate with a positive personality. Candidates must be willing to travel and are required to attend conventions and annual trade shows. Candidates must be comfortable with face-to-face interaction with distributors in a professional manner and generate new leads in a Business-to-Business type of environment. You will be familiarized with our LED product line through training.
Key Responsibilities
- High Volume of outbound cold & warm calling to properly pre-qualify sales leads
- Keep Salesforce database up-to-date and manage information
- Develop new accounts and rework existing non-active customers
- Follow up and work on pipeline of RFQ
- Quoting opportunities for new Project Developments
- Continually enhancing personal knowledge of available products
- Represents the Company at Trade Shows, online and in any venue where a positive reputation and brand will be beneficial to the overall organization
- Traveling 80% of the time
- Visiting current customers while continuing to prospect potential customers within the designated sales region.
- Meet sales target
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements and Skills
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- BA or BS degree, or equivalent
- 2 - 4 years of experience required
- Sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and looking to build a long-term career.
- Ability to explain technology, or other related principles to customers
- Must be authorized to work in the US
