Clinical Outreach Representative-Business Development

ABA Centers of America is a healthcare startup experiencing hyper-growth while revolutionizing the autism care field. We provide ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy and diagnostic services to our clients and families in our centers, in homes, and in the community.

We are currently in 6 states with 18 clinic locations, and our roadmap will bring us to 10 states and more than 50 clinics over the next 12-24 months.

Your role

Under the direction of the National Outreach Representative, the Clinical Outreach Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources as well as establishing a pipeline of prospective new clients.

What You'll Do

· Addressing in-bound inquiries, including phone calls and email, regarding the company’s ABA services.

· Developing an active pipeline of potential new clients, apprising the management and clinical teams of updates on a scheduled basis.

· Handling public relations such as developing strategic relationships, attending tradeshows, and conducting informational presentations at outreach events

· Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns and referral sources as potential new client opportunities.

· Maintaining a working knowledge of the prevalent health insurance programs in the region in order to advise caregivers regarding advantageous programs for financing services and to aid in qualifying potential new clients.

· Managing the intake process, including the obtaining demographic, insurance, consents and other necessary information and documentation from prospective clients, working with internal benefits coordinators to verify benefits, obtain authorizations and finalize contracts to provide services.

· Handling public relations activities, including developing strategic relationships with state and community agencies and advocacy groups; attending local/regional events

· Assisting the Marketing department in the creation of press releases, brochures, and other marketing materials.

Education, Work-Experience, and Other Requirements

· Bacheor's degree, Business, Marketing, Public Relations or related field preferred.

· 2-3 years of experience in a business development/sales role with a pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare services organization.

· Ability to travel and be on the road 75% of the time

Expertise Needed

· Understanding of ABA, early childhood education and/or social services a plus.

· Healthcare experience (highly preferred)

· Customer service training, with high-level understanding of phone and email etiquette.

· Able to think proactively, collaborate, and adapt to various situations

· Communication at all levels with strong follow-up skills

· High energy and the ability to grasp concepts quickly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
