SUMMARY Responsible for overall sales and marketing of the golf club’s products and services. Must have knowledge of golf, Hawaii Golf Market, hospitality and tourism industry, advertising and public relations required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Develops and executes strategic and comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to support sales and revenue objectives, promotions, special events, and cooperative marketing programs.
• Prepares department’s operating budget and manages expenses
• Evaluates, analyzes, plans, creates, and coordinates advertising proposals/options and promotion activities; including print, online, video and electronic media
• Oversees development and production of promotional and collateral materials such as flyers, posters, brochures and ensures all information is updated and distributed.
• Develops and executes email marketing campaigns in support of company promotions, events, offerings and more. Maintains and updates customer database and segmentation.
• Organizes and coordinates company special promotional events and clinics.
• Develops and maintains social media accounts including but not limited to Facebook & Instagram
• Manages online reputation management by responding and flagging online reviews from Google, Yelp & TripAdvisor, etc.
• Determines vendors/suppliers to negotiate contract terms and conditions for major services.
• Serves as liaison with outside agencies, wholesale groups/business (eastbound and westbound markets) on all promotional campaigns and business needs.
• Develops, maintains and updates company website in conjunction with EZLinks
• Responsible for proper distribution and responses of email correspondence through Company website and general inquiries.
• Assists in developing and conducts training for employees on promotions and customer related activities or services.
• Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions and products.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key community and strategic partners.
• Conducts marketing surveys on current and new product concepts, and provides feedback for future product development.
• Prepares marketing activity reports and presents to ownership and executive management.
• Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
• Attends special events as required.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
