We are a marketing company located in the heart of Torrance. As we expand our company, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative (Spanish Speaker Only) to join our team!

*This is not a remote position, and does require that you are able to commute daily to our office in Torrance, California.

As a member of our In-house Sales Team, you’ll work at the center of the action, cultivating positive customer relationships while meeting company sales quotas in a team-oriented call center environment. Success in this role will require a motivated, competitive mindset as you’ll consistently work to meet sales quotas and services objectives. You’ll need to exhibit calm under pressure and be persuasive, sales-driven, and customer experience oriented.

Requirements:

• Must be Bilingual- Spanish
• Comfortable working in a call center environment
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Computer and tech savvy- CRM experience preferred
• Solution-oriented mindset
• Clear and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to deliver regular and reliable attendance

We prefer that you have:

• Bachelor's degree
• Salesforce experience
• Call center experience
