As a part of our team, you will receive two (2) Promotional Travel Tickets annually which equates to $650 per ticket! (Promotional travel tickets increase as your seniority increases).

[please apply online] are now hiring Concierge Sales Agents who will serve as Ambassadors of Aloha to help others experience our beautiful Island in ways they will never forget. As a Concierge Sales Agent you will be working closely with our guests to book their activities and tours while they are on the Island of Oahu. You may also be booking tours and activities on the neighbor islands for our guest depending on their travel needs.

We have multiple locations throughout Waikiki.

COVID-19 Precautions: Interviews are conducted virtually. Once in person training is complete the position will be based at a hotel concierge desk.

Salary: $20/hr plus uncapped earning potential on commission

Status: Full Time

Qualifications:

· Prior experience in sales and/or customer service (1-3 years, required)

· Experience in working within the tourism/hospitality/travel field (highly preferred)

· Exceptional sales and customer service skills (highly preferred)

· Knowledge of the Hawaiian Islands (highly preferred)

· Knowledge of the Tours and Activities we have to offer (highly preferred, training provided)

· Ability to grasp customer requirements and cater to individual needs

· Love for interacting with people from different cultures

· Ability to take initiative, work independently and multi-task in a fast paced environment

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills (required)

· Basic computer literacy (required)

· Experience using a POS system - Al Desk (highly preferred, training provided)

· Able to speak, read and write in English (required)

· Able to speak, read and write in Japanese (REQUIRED)
