Now Hiring - Komptech Americas - Manufacturing Inside Parts Sales Representative in Denver, CO

• Answering incoming calls, attending to parts orders, assisting customers, and seeking opportunities to promote additional sales.
• Relationship building with customers.
• Utilizes online and offline catalogs, software programs, and other resources to determine the correct parts for the customers.
• Works closely with Factory Support Representative and assists with parts proposals and invoicing transactions.
• Professionally resolve customer issues and alert management when needed.
• Generate parts estimates in Acumatica and email them to the customer and follow up on open estimates.
• Communicate with European factories via email and phone. (German language skills desirable).

• Customer service background related to stationary and mobile industrial machinery.
• Ability to listen and gather information in stressful situations, then apply that information to create solutions.
• Enterprise Resource Planning software (ERP) and Customer Resource Management software (CRM) experience. (Acumatica (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM) experience preferred)
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

• Excel – proficient, ability to create and update spreadsheets, analyze trends, and make decisions based on the analysis.
• Outlook – Advanced users must be able to communicate professionally via email and utilize the calendar for scheduling and keeping track of tasks.
• Word – proficient user capable of drafting professional letters and reports.
