Full description of the position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our company's website development services to potential clients. This role offers uncapped commission potential, with the opportunity to earn a minimum of $890 per week based on a 40-hour workweek. The more sales you generate, the higher your earnings will be. This position requires you to have an iPad or laptop for client presentations, as well as access to our company software that provides leads and generates client presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business by actively prospecting and selling our website development services to potential clients.

Conduct client presentations using the company-provided software, showcasing the features and benefits of our websites.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Meet or exceed sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Keep up-to-date records of sales activities, including client interactions and sales pipeline, using our CRM system.

Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends and competition.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.

Proficient in using technology, including iPads/laptops and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Valid driver's license and access to a car for daily business visits.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in website development, digital marketing, or related fields.

Familiarity with multilevel marketing concepts.

Prior experience working in a commission-based sales role.

Education Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications or relevant training in sales and marketing are a plus.

Work Environment:This position offers flexibility, allowing you to set your own hours. All training will be conducted online via Zoom, Facetime, or other online platforms. You will be responsible for visiting approximately 20-35 businesses per day to conduct client presentations. Please note that this is a remote position, and you will be working independently without direct supervision.
