As the Lead Trainer Sales Associate, you will meet one-on-one with clients to identify their fitness goals and build a fitness plan designed for them. Additionally, you will manage the day-to-day operations of your store and work closely with your General Manager to meet your monthly goals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight of exceptional customer service
• Support driving sales through performing sales consultations
• Creating engaging Social Media content
• Promote and recommend membership options
• Assist clients with questions or concerns
• Actively seek client reviews and referrals
• Foster a culture of world-class customer service

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proven success in sales and team leadership
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings

Pay: $32,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
