Rembrandt Charms is a leading manufacturer of high-quality, hand-crafted charms and charm bracelets with corporate headquarters located in Williamsville, New York. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to join our team and drive the growth of our business.

We are seeking an intelligent, energetic, detail oriented, salesperson to join our team. Experience in the jewelry industry (retail or wholesale) is a plus. Located in Williamsville, New York, we are the leading charm and charm bracelet company in the industry.

This job entails monthly travel, preparing for and attending trade shows, calling prospective and existing customers, assisting management with corporate accounts, and helping where needed. It requires being at our corporate office daily. It is not a remote position.

We offer great benefits and a great work environment. Salary + commission. $45,000 - $70,000 base depending on what experience you bring to the table.

Key responsibilities:

· Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company objectives and territory growth.

· Develop and manage relationships with your customers.

· Launch sales promotions, marketing content, and offer training to your customers.

· Onboard new accounts and reactivate accounts.

· Support custom and standard order processing for your customers.

· Daily outbound calls, inbound calls, emailing, and sending literature.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree.

· Strong leadership and communication skills.

· Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies.

· Knowledge of the jewelry industry, B2B focused brands, or USA/Canadian companies is a plus.
