We are looking for quality, full-time or part-time office admin. We are a well-established (for more than 30 years), family owned window and door replacement company based in Northbrook, with an excellent motivated and fun culture.

Employee Compensation:

· Salary commensurate with experience: $45,500-55,000 depending on experience

Knowledge and Experience Requirements:

· Great customer service experience

· Possess a minimum of 3 years experience in Admin capacity

· The ideal candidate has experience with computer applications (Microsoft and Google docs/ sheets) and setting up office devices

· Type 40 WPM

· Pleasant demeanor with people, team-player

· Written and verbal communication competencies

Office Admin Responsibilities:

· Reports to General Manager (Operations Manager); assists both the installation department and the sales department

· Maintains an excellent office environment

· Provides daily administrative support to sales people by scheduling appointments; writing proposals; maintaining the CRM (customer data base); managing physical and digital files of new sales; submitting applications for permits; sending requests for reviews

· Provides customer service by receiving and routing incoming calls; responding to and sending emails;

· Office hours—8-5, Monday-Friday
