POSITION SUMMARY:

Sales coordinator will be responsible for placing and invoicing orders for Material Handling and Contractor Services customers. This will include orders for new, used, and allied equipment. Sales Coordinator will work with Sales Administration Manager in identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities that will increase efficiencies in the sales coordination process and enhance customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
1. Set up sales orders, issue purchase orders and order equipment. Follow up as needed.
2. Review order acknowledgements and send to salesperson for review.
3. Coordinate installations of new equipment and batteries
4. Open work orders to service/power systems for new equipment installations
5. Request discounts from OEM’s
6. Create delivery report in MCFA system. Enter signed copy into OEM on-line system
7. Order capacity plates
8. Approve vendor invoices and receive in the system
9. Review work orders for accurate pricing
10. Create shippers in ERP
11. Complete costing worksheet
12. Calculate commission from costing sheets
13. Submit extended warranties
14. Invoice
15. Complete customer delivery packet and send to salesperson
16. Change information on equipment cards

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Minimum High school diploma
Experience: 2-5 years experience in sales coordination, or other administrative discipline
Computer Skills: Excellent knowledge and ability with Microsoft Office products. Strong EquipSoft skills and knowledge.
Other Requirements: Must be a team player. Willing to cross train in all aspects of sales coordination. Open to new process ideas.
