Full description of the position

Preferred applicant should have a high school diploma/GED or higher. Minimum of 1 year sales experience preferred, but not required.

Candidate should have a customer first attitude with a solution-oriented mindset.

Sales associates are responsible for hitting and exceeding sales goals utilizing a variety of platforms; instore customer experience, telephone calls (no cold calls), computer chat.

Sales include but are not limited to luxury/intermediate/budget friendly mattresses, adjustable power bases, foundations, bed sets, bedding accessories, and services.

Sales associates are responsible for daily store maintenance and upkeep including but not limited to daily cleaning and sanitation.

Duties include guest resolution and follow.

Training is ongoing and includes in person, virtual, monthly district/market meetings with a multitude of resources available.

Qualified applicants must have reliable transportation and be at least 18 years of age.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
