Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:

• Creating and maintaining a list of prospects
• Required to make 60+ outbound calls per day in assigned territory
• Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
• Services existing accounts
• Obtains orders while using the appropriate price list & product literature
• Establishes new client relationships
• Visits once monthly to their respective territory
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity / results reports, such as daily call reports, and weekly work plans
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules and merchandising techniques
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
• Contributes to team effort by bringing a positive attitude each day and investing in their own skill set

Work Hours & Benefits

This position is a contracted position that does not provide benefits. The office is open from 10am to 5pm Monday through Friday, and as necessary beyond the normal schedule.

Compensation

This position begins with a base salary in lieu of a commission structure that will initiate once the teammate achieves certain metrics. Successful members of this team are earning in excess of $100,000 per year. More details can be provided pending interview. Commissions grow as your business grows, and are uncapped.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred but not required
• Two to five years of sales experience
• Familiarity with office software and phone systems
