We are a small business with a tight working team and a spacious office with an open floor plan for direct communication. We’ve been in business 7 years and generally work 35 hours per week for full time.

Job Title: Lighting Quotation / Sales Support
The quotation position provides inside sales quoting support for both commercial and residential lighting projects. You will be responsible for supporting project managers in the early phases of the quoting process and assisting from take-off to job completion.

Essential Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare detailed lighting quotes
- Ensuring quotes are completed on a timely basis and following up with manufacturer reps for pricing
- File organization and following of standard procedures
- Perform lighting take-offs and using counting software and understanding of architectural drawings to assemble quotes
- Evaluate vendor quotes and create an accurate bill of materials with correct components and part numbers
- Proactively manage questions and prioritize action items for project managers to ensure quotes are completed on time
- Participate in team meetings

- Able to manage your own time, relative to specific deadlines
- Professional email skills in communicating with industry players
- Able to manage your own to-do lists and emails

Specialized software (some training provided):
- Oasis Sales Software
- Bluebeam Review
- Excel
- Email

Requirements:
- 1-year experience in a related field (e.g., Manufacturer rep, lighting industry, construction industry, quoting)

We offer a competitive compensation package with a health insurance stipend. This is a mostly in-office position, but there is flexibility assuming you can get your work done within the week. We generally work from 9-3:30, with short (and often work-from-home) days on Fridays. Please highlight your relevant experience in your application.
