Job Summary: Medicare Advantage sales market for individuals over 65. Our agents are appointed with leading Medicare insurance carriers. By offering a range of carriers, our agents can assist clients in selecting the most suitable Medicare Advantage plan.

Job Description: Position Overview: This is a full-time position that allows you work from an office and learn from agents around you.

Annual earnings ranging from $50,000 to $80,000. Compensation includes a base pay, commission, and spiffs.

If you possess a health insurance license, you can join us and start working right away. No previous experience in insurance, Medicare, or sales is required. Many of our most successful agents have successfully transitioned into this role from various backgrounds.

Key Factors for Success in this Role: We offer training for this role, you will learn and apply effective selling techniques using an education-based approach. Building trust with potential customers by understanding their needs, delivering on your commitments, and maintaining a service-focused mindset. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively. Utilize available resources and tools, and follow up in a timely manner. Collaborative problem-solving abilities, acting as a consultant and providing valuable insights and recommendations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications is essential.
