Synergy Sales Co is Hiring Sales/Brand Representatives for Frontier’s growing campaign in Tampa and surrounding areas. This role will focus on presenting products & services to local homeowners/decision makers, establishing connections and maintaining new accounts. As the client continues to increase their territory we are expanding to accommodate the demand!

What we do
Our company is taking on Frontier’s exciting, new campaigns to expand High-speed Fiber Internet service in 25 states. With a goal of 10 million locations by 2025, new service areas will connect residential and commercial business territories. While our B2B team travels to local Businesses within the community contacting leads provided, the D2D/Brand Ambassador team has an opportunity to connect through Canvassing (Door-to-door), Events (Branded Booths/Tents) & Retail (In-store promos). In an effort to bring quality, High-speed internet to everyone in the community, we assist our customers in the application for the Government's Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). Once qualified they receive free or heavily discounted rates! This is a great opportunity if you have a background selling internet, lifeline or cell phone services! Experience enrolling qualified customers in government benefits programs is also a plus, but not required. Our ideal candidate is someone who wants to work directly with customers, enjoys the outdoors and seeking an opportunity to capitalize on an uncapped commission/bonus structure!
Responsibilities
- Build Brand Awareness & Acquire new customers through Canvassing (Door-to-door), Retail Promotions(In-store giveaways) and attending local Events (Staffing branded booth/tent)
- Establish connections with leads provided by the client
- Demonstrate Product Knowledge by providing quality sales presentations
- Utilize Apps to Qualify eligible customers through ACP program & Sign up New Residential Accounts
- Maintain assigned territory & Build Relationships with local venues and retail partners
Responsibilities

1-2 years experience in Sales, Account Management or other Client-focused fields preferred- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to operate independently in a lean, fast-paced organization
- Exhibits confidence, professionalism and a drive to succeed
- Must have reliable transportation; commuting within Tampa and surrounding areas
- Hablas Espanol? Bilingual a plus, but not required
