Our company is seeking an Inside Sales – Assistant Manager that enjoys working as a team in a very fast paced environment to deliver value-added solutions. Our sales associates never settle and are competitive & willing to take initiative to put their customers first! Most of all, they have the drive to grow the business continually and consistently.
The ideal candidate should be eager to grow in their sales career. They should be comfortable building & maintaining relationships with our customer base while using their personality and possess positive energy to impact others and their working environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Inside Sales Manager in having direct involvement with day-to-day sales activities within the company to ensure top-line growth.
- Assist team in problem solving escalated customer issues.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skills.
- Assist inside sales team to exceed their goals and targets through daily coaching, monitoring and performance management.
- Help to identify, define, and create standardized workflow procedures, ensuring individuals adhere to team processes and procedures.
- Help team members in creating professional development plans to further their personal and professional goals.
- Essential to have contact communication with customers to ensure quality service. Let your personality shine to create an unmatched customer service experience.
- Assist top accounts with identify their needs and providing product knowledge assistance.
- Assist in full life cycle of sales: creating quotes, entering orders, working with clients on customer service issues, problem resolution, etc.
Requirements:
- Possess high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years managing and leading associates in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in industrial or building material sales preferred.
- Must be personable and accurate with numbers.
- Be familiar with the use of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Have ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
