Job Responsibilities:
Canvassing: Conduct door-to-door canvassing campaigns in designated residential areas to generate leads and identify potential solar customers.
Lead Qualification: Engage with homeowners to assess their energy needs, answer questions about solar technology, and qualify them as potential leads for our solar solutions.
Product Presentation: Deliver compelling and persuasive presentations about the benefits of solar energy, showcasing our products and services in a clear and professional manner.
Customized Proposals: Work closely with our solar design team to create personalized proposals that address each customer's unique energy requirements and financial objectives.
Sales Conversion: Utilize your excellent sales skills to close deals and secure signed contracts from interested customers.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and sales activities using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Market Research: Stay informed about the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and government incentives to effectively position our solar solutions in the market.
Training Benefits:
- $500 Weekly Base Pay
- Set 5 appointments within the first 72 hours = $500 BONUS
- Schedule 10 appointments = $1000 BONUS
- Close 5 deals = $500 BONUS
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 1 year of successful sales experience, preferably in the solar energy industry or related field.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey the benefits of solar energy to potential customers.
- Positive Attitude: A self-motivated, enthusiastic, and optimistic approach to sales, with the ability to persevere in challenging situations.
- Technical Understanding: A basic understanding of solar energy systems and the willingness to learn more about solar technology and its benefits.
- Results-Driven: A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and metrics.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the local community and its energy landscape is an advantage.
