Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to take on the role of Outside Sales and
Office Manager for our contents cleaning shop. This position requires a self-motivated
individual who can effectively balance sales responsibilities with managing the day-to-day
office operations. As an Outside Sales and Office Manager, you will be responsible for
generating new business, building strong customer relationships, and overseeing
administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional sales skills, strong
organizational abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
● Outside Sales:
○ Conduct sales activities to generate leads and acquire new clients for the
contents cleaning shop.
○ Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed sales
targets.
○ Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in
target industries.
○ Identify and pursue business development opportunities through networking,
cold calling, and referrals.
○ Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase services and close
sales.
○ Maintain a deep understanding of the contents cleaning industry, market trends,
and competitor activities.
○ Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure favorable terms for the
company.
○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and customer
service, to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of services to clients.
●_ Office Management:_
○ Work closely with the operations team to scope and properly assess jobs for
estimate creation and reviewing.
■ You will not be responsible for creating estimates only reviewing
○ Work as Liaison between insurance adjusters and customers.
■ Work to get estimates approved as well as sending documentation to
adjusters.
○ Oversee day-to-day office operations as it pertains to insurance and leads,
ensuring smooth functioning and efficient workflow.
○ Manage administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to
emails, and handling insurance and lead inquiries.
○ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and job
details using appropriate software or tools.
○ Collaborate with the finance department to assist with billing, invoicing, and
collections.
○ Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and
seamless operations.
○ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory
requirements.
Requirements:
● Proven track record in outside sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a
customer-facing role.
● Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to close deals and meet or
exceed sales targets.
● Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage office
operations and sales activities.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and
team members.
● Knowledge of the contents cleaning industry or a similar service-based industry is
preferred.
● Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools for sales
and office management.
● Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
● Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
● Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and business
development activities.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
