Ulness Health Insurance Agents is a small, family-owned health insurance agency located in downtown Appleton, Wisconsin. We specialize in sales of Medicare health plans and Marketplace individual and family insurance policies. We're currently seeking an experienced Health Insurance Agent to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in the field, but is looking for the structure, support and opportunity that an agency can offer.

Responsibilities

• Selling various types of health insurance policies to individuals and families, focusing on Medicare plans and Marketplace policies
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing them with a comprehensive understanding of the policies that best fit their needs
• Staying updated on the latest changes in insurance laws and Medicare and Marketplace policy requirements
• Managing client inquiries, policy renewals, and insurance claims professionally and promptly
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales tactics, product knowledge, and industry updates

Requirements

• Wisconsin Health Insurance license
• 1+ year of experience selling health insurance policies, specifically Medicare and Marketplace policies
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance policies in understandable terms
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new changes in the industry

Compensation dependent on experience and performance.
