Are you an experienced real estate professional? Are you looking to enter the real estate industry for the first time? Matin Real Estate is looking for both new and experienced real estate sales professionals to join our rapidly growing team.

We have 20 agents on our roster, 10 agents that have a minimum of 2+ closings per month with a total of about 20 closings a month. We are looking for someone to help these agents with showings so they can focus on what they do best. We want them to focus on booking appointments, lead generation, and negotiations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage your schedule to create a work/life balance
• Schedule showing requests from buyers agent's and/or Matin clients
• Prepare buyer showing packages
• Attend showings and provide property details, answer basic property questions.
• Provide showing feedback to both the listing agent and buyers agent
• Attend home inspections and 3rd party contractors for repair negotiation
• Attend final walk-thru
• Deliver keys upon request from lead buyers agent.
• Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
• Maintain your Real Estate License
• Master your skills

What we are looking for:

• Must have a vehicle

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed real estate broker.
• Must have access to the MLS in both Oregon and Washington or willing to have both within 30 days.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
