We are currently hiring a Retail Sales Associate to join our team of dedicated professionals in our retail store. The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be capable of multi-tasking effectively. The Retail Sales Associate will also be directly involved in assisting customers with their shopping experience, using organizational skills to ensure the smooth running of the front end of the store and completing sales transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Establish and maintain rapport with customers.
• Interact positively with customers.
• Thorougly understand a customer's desires, preferences, and intentions in order to serve them better.
• Understand the value proposition of the product.
• Recognize potentially dissatisfied customers and deal with them appropriately.
• Convince customers to purchase additional products or services.
• Communicate with peers about customer needs and potential opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Interact positively with co-workers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
