We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Call Center Sales Director to lead the existing team of Sales Assistant Managers, Trainers & Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all call center sales operations
• Work closely with managers and sales representatives to ensure maximum results
• Coach, train, evaluate and monitor up to 125 sales representatives performance
• Set and track sales targets and KPIs
• Coordinate sales projects to meet deadlines
• Execute sales analysis, prepare sales reports and suggest improvements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
• Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
• Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
• Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met
• Build an open-communication culture inside your team
• Develop effective training processes & procedures

Our Bulldog/ADT Inside Sales Director will receive the following:

• · Average $125,000-$140,000+/yr! (This is a combination of a base salary plus

uncapped commissions, overrides & bonuses).

Requirements:

• Ability to work M-F 8:30a-5:30p
• 3-5 years of previous experience as an Inside Sales Manager or Director in a call center SALES environment-Required
• 3-5 years training & employee development experience
• Hands on experience with CRM as well as MS Office products
• In-depth understanding of the sales process
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed
• *Ability to pass a mandatory background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
