Quotient are recruiting for a Strategic Account Manager (GPO/IDN) to join our Commercial team based in the US. This role is responsible for growing sales and revenue amongst the GPO and IDN segment of US hospital organizations in collaboration with our Account Executives, Sales Operations and Finance teams. The post holder will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationship in this segment to optimize sales revenue and to ensure high customer satisfaction. This is a remote role with regular travel across the US. The role is a full-time, permanent position with flexible working hours.


JOB DESCRIPTION

The main responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Relationship Management and general customer problem resolution
  • Customer strategy planning, goal setting and quarterly customer reviews
  • Direct selling to the IDN and GPO C-Suite and lab leadership
  • Negotiating, drafting, revising, and implementing unique contract requirements, special provisions, terms, and conditions of IDN/Regional GPO agreements to ensure compliance with appropriate laws and regulations.
  • Implementation of pricing and contracting strategies.
  • Utilizing strategic selling and marketing skills to improve market share, sales and gross profit for portfolio assignment.
  • Developing and implementing thorough business plans drive sales growth.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or other Business field.
  • Significant professional experience within the healthcare industry with marketing/sales experience working with hospitals/labs.
  • Sales experience in working with C-Suite GPO and IDN Customers.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Professional oral and written interpersonal skills.
  • Customer focused, self-driven, proactive and resourceful.
  • Adaptable to change and able to manage conflicting priorities
  • Fluent spoken and written English
