Seeking an Inside Salesperson for a reputable scaffolding supplier. In this role you will be involved in the entire customer lifecycle from prospecting, overseeing the sale and bid process, ensuring fieldwork is completed according to plans, and handling customer billing.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Pay
$50,000 to $70,000 a year
Responsibilities

• Handle sales of all company products with an emphasis on scaffolding, hoisting, shoring, and forming products.
• Prepare bids in a complete and timely manner that align with company policy and goals while meeting customer requirements.
• Manage and assist the sale, delivery, build and dismantle phases of fieldwork to ensure adherence to the proposed work scope and safety requirements.
• Monitor inventory to ensure availability of equipment for all projects. Source and order parts if necessary.
• Ensure client billing is timely and accurate.
• Communicate and get customer approval for any change orders.
• Investigate past due accounts, follow up to collect while maintaining customer relations.
• Manage and coordinate job site tasks between customer, crew, and billing department as needed.
• Handle occasional transporting of materials to/from job sites.

Qualifications

• Preferably 3-5 years of verifiable sales experience.
• Previous work experience in the construction industry.
• Understanding of blueprints, creating drawings, take-offs, proposals, safety plans, and other construction documents.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to safely operate cars, pickups, and small flatbed trucks.
• Ability to occasionally work overtime, weekends, and travel to other islands.
• Ability to process multiple sources of information and communicate ongoing progress to customers and co-workers.
• COVID-19 vaccination required by company for this position. This is not an ALTRES Staffing requirement.
