Our Specialty Equipment Services Team is currently seeking a Sales Representative to join our downtown Cincinnati, OH office. This position offers a hybrid schedule after our initial training period.

Job Description:

  • Book outbound meetings through cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking with ideal fit customers.
  • Identify the needs of a prospect and suggest appropriate products or services.
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Attend meetings as required with sales staff, managers, underwriters, product managers, and others to discuss product information, sales goals, and inter-departmental coordination efforts.
  • Undertake external training, job shadowing or mentoring for career progression.
  • Collaborate with sales executives to ensure the company’s goals and targets are met.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills
  • Recording sales trends and liaising with sales team to develop sales strategies
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software
  • Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls daily.
  • Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
  • Obtain Property and Casualty Agent License within 90 days of employment
  • Updating competitive landscape with pertinent information on our competitors
  • May require frequent travel, including overnight travel to industry conferences and events

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Field of Study: Liberal Arts, Business or a related discipline.

Experience: Generally, 1 to 2 years of related experience.
